kristianwindandClaude Opus 4.8 ec147cd1ba feat(sidebar): drop the fold arrows from headers and groups ...

The chevron beside every section and group was saying "clickable" a
second time next to an icon and a bold name that already said it. Gone
now: a system section folds from anywhere on its heading, and a group
folds from its folder icon while the name still opens the group's page.
No arrow on the rail.
