Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 134fe8918e chore: hold overleveringen uden for repoet

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 a29534c811 build: lift Vite to 8, and get the tree out of iCloud's way
The frontend build hung on 0% CPU, roughly every other run: blocked in read()
inside libuv, no output, forever. `svelte-kit sync` alone did it too, so it was
not the bundler.

The cause was not the toolchain. `~/Documents` is iCloud-managed, and iCloud
evicts what it thinks is cold — which for a dependency tree is nearly all of it:
359 of 400 sampled files under node_modules were `dataless`. Reading an evicted
file blocks until it is downloaded again, and a download that stalls hangs the
build for good. The tell was a different error entirely: Playwright once reported
`ETIMEDOUT: connection timed out, read` while loading jsconfig.json, and
ETIMEDOUT on a local file read does not exist.

Vite 5 and esbuild 0.21 predate Node 22 and this machine runs Node 26, so they
went up anyway — to Vite 8 with @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte 7, which SvelteKit
2.70 takes. `package-lock.json` had to be deleted for npm to resolve it; it held
plugin 4 and rejected the whole tree with ERESOLVE. That made the build faster.
It was not what was hanging.

`engines` says Node >= 22.12 now, so the next person is told rather than left
watching a process do nothing.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 a2f4de02fc chore: stop tracking the compiled shots binary
Release / Build and publish image (push) Failing after 10m0s
8.9 MB of macOS binary in the repository root, committed by accident in
a8e523b. The source in tools/shots is the thing that matters, and it is
still there.

Ignored as well as removed, because `go build ./tools/shots` without -o
writes the binary to exactly this path — which is how it got committed the
first time, and would be how it got committed the next.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 7e28d8bb92 chore: untrack a vite temp file, and stop it coming back
Release / Build and publish image (push) Failing after 9m56s
vite.config.js.timestamp-*.mjs is written while bundling the config and
removed again — unless the process is killed, which is exactly what
happens during a hung build. One had been committed by accident; five
more appeared while working out why the build was hanging.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 1424f43a40 test(e2e): smoke tests that drive the real binary
The brief asked for these under Definition of done and they were never
written. 610 Go tests, none of which opens a browser.

Six flows: create the first account and sign in, quick add and tick a
task off, click every link in the sidebar, open a task and edit it, walk
every settings tab, and check that the manifest's icons and the service
worker can actually be fetched. Every assertion is on rendered content
rather than on a URL — the binary serves the SPA shell for anything it
does not recognise, so toHaveURL passes on precisely the bug this exists
to catch.

The suite builds the frontend, copies it into cmd/verdande/webbuild and
starts the real binary, every run. Merely starting the server would test
whatever frontend was copied there last, which during development is
nearly always the wrong one, and a green report on code that is not
running is worse than no report.

Chromium only. A smoke test catches a build that does not work at all;
running it in three engines finds the same breakage three times.

They found four bugs the first time they ran, fixed in the commits before
this one: concurrent writes returning SQLITE_BUSY, a completed task
keeping its row, the same task landing in the list twice, and a database
failure presenting as everybody being logged out.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 7c9bde2cfd docs(phase6): documentation site, landing page and open-source scaffolding
Material for MkDocs under docs/, covering self-hosting, the Rune, the
quick-add and filter languages, importing from Todoist, CalDAV,
mail-to-task, MCP, the AI layer and the API. The version is pinned: the
maintainers have announced that MkDocs 2.0 removes the plugin system
with no migration path, and an unpinned install would break this build
on the day it lands.

The landing page shows the quick-add parser as actual text rather than a
screenshot of it — that is the thing worth showing, and it reads better
as the real thing. It shares the app's design tokens, so the site and
what it describes look like one project.

MIT licence, contributing guide, security policy and issue templates.
Pages deployment is behind workflow_dispatch, so the docs build on every
push but nothing is published until the owner chooses to.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 12a9597919 feat(web): SvelteKit PWA with the Nordic design system
The interface for phase 1: sign-in and first-run setup, Today, Upcoming,
project views, sharing, Cmd+K search and the keyboard shortcuts.

Quick add highlights what the parser understood underneath the text as
you type — a mirrored layer behind a transparent input, sliced by byte
offset because the server counts bytes and JavaScript counts UTF-16
units, which disagree on exactly the Danish letters this app is full of.

Every local action is optimistic and reconciled afterwards: ticking a
task off strikes it through and animates it out before the request
leaves, and rolls back with a message if the server disagrees.

The Content-Security-Policy is computed at startup by hashing the inline
scripts in the built index.html. Both of them change on every frontend
build, so a hard-coded hash would go stale silently and show up only as
a blank page in production. The alternative, 'unsafe-inline', would drop
the one protection that makes an injected script in a task title inert.

Today is derived from the store by date rather than from the ids that
came back with the first request — filtering against a captured list
meant a task added through quick add never appeared until a reload.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 02c8b1be61 feat(server): runnable binary, Rune manifest, Docker image and CI
The HTTP server serves /healthz, the API namespace and the PWA, with the
frontend embedded behind a build tag so a clean checkout compiles without
a Node toolchain. /healthz reads the database rather than just answering:
a process that cannot reach its own data is not healthy, and a 200 there
would keep a broken container in rotation.

The image is distroless and static — the SQLite driver is pure Go, so
CGO stays off. The Rune manifest uses keep_entrypoint because there is
no shell in the image to run a startup command with, and its log watchers
match the JSON log format the container actually emits.

Kristian WindandClaude Opus 5 40e2cad346 feat(store): SQLite schema, migrations and Danish-aware full-text search
Initial data model for verdande: users, sessions, invites, projects,
sections, tasks, labels, reminders, comments, attachments, activity
and filters, plus personal API tokens.

Search indexes a generated `fold` column alongside the original text.
FTS5's remove_diacritics does not touch ø and æ — Unicode treats them
as letters rather than accented forms — so without it a Danish user
cannot find "grøn" by typing "gron". MatchExpr quotes every term so
free text containing FTS5 operators cannot reach the query planner as
syntax.
