# WordPress Security Manager — releases

This repository holds released builds only. The source lives in a private
|
|
repository; this one exists so a WordPress site can check for and download an
|
|
update without needing any credentials.
|
|
|
|
## Install
|
|
|
|
Download `wordpress-security-manager.zip` from the latest release, then in
|
|
wp-admin: **Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin**.
|
|
|
|
After the first install the plugin updates itself from here — it reads the
|
|
latest release on this repository and offers it on Dashboard → Updates like any
|
|
other plugin.
|
